Regrettably, I don’t have a lot of time anymore for personal projects. The code is up on Github, forkable by anyone. I’ll do what I can, if a wild hair strikes, but I can’t promise anything specific.

Hi, Very nice Plugin.

Do you have plans for a version that works on WP 2.7? As another user noted, it doesn't seem to work above version 2.5, I have the same problem.

As I've noted before, Facebox is a very lightweight solution. It does not do a lot, by design. There are several other lightboxes out there that do.

Unfortunately, I don't have the time to hack on this plugin. You're free to fork it on Github and improve it yourself, if you like.

Hi. I am wondering about displaying captions in the Facebox modal window. I want to have the title, or caption of each image be displayed in the lower left corner of the Facebox window. Is there a way to do this? Also, I would like a way to, while displaying the caption in the expanded window, have the caption (or alt text) be omitted from the thumbnail. Presently, the caption (or alt text) is displayed under each thumbnail, and then not when the window is loaded. I would like it to be the other way around.. Any ways to do this? Anyone? I was able to figure it out...

I really couldn't tell you exactly what I did to fix it, but I can tell you how I fixed it.

In wp-facebox.php, I changed the following line from this: 'autofilter' => 1,

To this: 'autofilter' => 0,

My hunch is that both plugins are hooking the same filter, ‘the_content’. I’ll have to look at a syntax plugin to see if that’s the case.
